Leadership is never easy.
Every day, elected officials, community leaders, public servants, and decision-makers carry responsibilities that affect countless lives. Whether we agree with every decision they make or not, Scripture reminds us that one of the most meaningful ways we can support them is through prayer.
As part of our 30 Days of Prayer for Canada, this week’s focus is Praying for Those Who Lead.
In this short video, Tim Schindel shares why praying for those in authority matters and how our prayers can make a real difference in the lives of those who serve our communities and our nation.

As you watch, we invite you to pray that our leaders would be filled with:
– Wisdom to make good decisions
– Integrity in every responsibility they carry
– Humility to serve others well
– Courage to lead with conviction and compassion
As the Apostle Paul writes:
“First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for everyone, for kings and all those who are in authority…”
— 1 Timothy 2:1–2
Thank you for joining us as we continue praying for Canada—one day, one prayer, one nation under God’s care.
