Premier Scott Moe, Rosthern-Shellbrook

Lord, we pray today for Hon Scott Moe. We thank You for his heart of service. Grant him great wisdom, understanding, discernment, strength and courage in his position as Premier of Saskatchewan and all that that entails. Lord, let him find favour with colleagues and counterparts around the world as he seeks the promotion and advancement of Saskatchewan. Father God, we ask that Your rich and abundant blessings be upon Premier Moe and his family. Guide, support and encourage them through the many sacrifices they make to enable him to serve and represent his constituency and our province. In Jesus name we pray. Amen………

Scott Moe was first elected to the Saskatchewan legislature as the MLA for Rosthern-Shellbrook in the 2011 provincial election. He was re-elected in 2016. He became the leader of the Saskatchewan Party on January 27, 2018 and was sworn in as Premier on February 2, 2018. Moe was born and raised on a grain farm between Shellbrook and Parkside. He and his wife Krista live in Shellbrook with their two children. Moe was educated at the University of Saskatchewan where he received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. He has been active in the community through his work with the Economic Development Corporation, the Shellbrook and District Health Services Project Inc., and the Shellbrook and District Physician Recruitment Committee. He has also volunteered his time to work with local hockey and softball associations.
